    It is great that you’re being more conscious about your health. I want to do better about my diet. I’ve heard of intermittent fasting – it makes sense because we want to be mindful about letting our bodies absorb food as we are still active. Thanks for sharing all of this information!

      Thank you for the wonderful comment! I think it’s a constant struggle for most of us to eat better. I know for me I’m constantly thinking of small changes like IF, which can have a larger impact on my health.

    When I was in high school I wasn’t a fan of breakfast and so I was fasting without me realizing the term for it. Then around my last two years of college, I started eating breakfast and switched some medication up, and I started gaining all sorts of weight! This past year I went back to intermittent fasting, and lost all the weight back! I haven’t even changed my diet and yet I lost over 20lbs! It really works! Great post xxx

      It’s incredible how one change in our daily routine can have such a big impact on our bodies. I also think the medication I’m on is making it hard for me to loose the weight and so far the only thing that has really helped has been intermittent fasting.

    I have done the fasting for a while and it made me feel great, I didn’t do it to lose weight, just trying to adopt healthier eating habits (I’m a late-night snacker, that’s my vice:)). These days I’m sticking to the no eating after 8 and I eat at 12 anyway, not a breakfast person, BUT I can’t give up my morning coffee, I am just not a functioning member of society without it:) however, I do think that improving something is always better than doing nothing, so I OK with it for now:)

      I am a snacker too! and limiting what I ate in the morning kept me more balanced throughout the day. There is no way I could give up my coffee either haha. Yes, I love your outlook on this! Thanks for stopping by.
