How to style a Fall Capsule Wardrobe
Today’s post I’m sharing how to style a fall capsule wardrobe. It’s a bit different in terms of content for this blog, but I’ve been trying to incorporate more of the things I love, and really niching down to cottage living, home, motherhood & beauty.
Tonight is a big night for us because we are going on our first date night in over 18 months!
Yes you read right, its been over 18 months since we last had a night out just the two of us. My parents even offered to take Penelope for the night, because they knew how much we needed time together.
What is a capsule wardrobe?
A capsule wardrobe is a mini collection of clothing that you can use in rotation for any occasion and doesn’t go out of style.
What is the point of a capsule wardrobe?
The whole point of a capsule wardrobe is minimizing the amount of clothes you need, focusing on quality and to take the pressure off finding something to wear.
“I’ve been focusing on building a general minimalistic aesthetic, while buying eco friendly materials like cotton, hemp, bamboo and knit. I prefer quality of quantity, and would rather pay more for a t-shirt that I can reuse for several years and still being conscious of the environment, than having to buy several shirts in a year.“
– Stephanie Vainer on minimalism.
